Frequently Asked Questions

Feel free to get in touch if your question isn't answered here
How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch ordered within 14 calendar days, unless stated otherwise on the listing. This is to ensure your artwork is packaged correctly, so that it is kept safe in transit. Delivery can take up to 5 working days from dispatch. The delivery time depends on the delivery service (Parcel Force or Royal Mail) therefore, it’s out of our control.  You will receive shipping updates via email and/or text.

Orders which include commissions have an extended waiting time until dispatch due to the nature of the item. Please see more information on commissions here .

Can I return my order?

We currently do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

In the unfortunate case that an item is damaged in transit, please make a claim with the shipping provider as each item shipped is fully ensured. Only items which have been damaged during transit will be refunded. Please get in contact if you require more guidance and if your claim with the shipping service has been accepted.

For more information, please check the Returns Policy.

How long does a commission take?

The time it takes to complete a commission varies and is dependent on multiple factors. Commissions are completed as quickly as possible and in a first come first serve bases, so please be aware that there is a waiting list. A rough time frame for competition can be given via email prior to purchasing.

Please allow at least 5 working days from dispatch for delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Please get in contact either via our contact page or send an email to katiehughesart@gmail.com if you would like to make a purchase and are outside of the UK. You will be required to pay the shipping but a quote for this can be given to you prior to purchase.

Please be aware that the delivery period is longer for orders outside of the UK.

Please note, you may be charged additional customs and/or sales tax which is up to the customer to pay.

Check out the Shipping and Returns page for more information.

How does a commission work?

Start by looking at the commissions page to get an idea of what commissions are on offer.

Then, get in contact, either via email or fill out the form on my contact page. You will receive a response within 5 working days which will include a commission form. Simply fill out the form and send it back to me via email. Once I have a clear idea of what you want, I will send you a quote for the price of your commission and how my deposit (40%), is needed before I start.

You will receive regular updates via email, and you can give me your input and opinion.

Once we are both happy with the piece, you will be required to pay the rest of the price before the piece is varnished, packaged and shipped.

Do I have to be fully nude in the reference photo for a commission?

For nude commissions with reference photo, you do not have to be fully nude. You can decide how nude you are comfortable being, but it is recommended for the best piece possible, to be fully nude.
