UK
-Free UK shipping on all orders.
- Orders are dispatched within 14 calendar days. *This excludes commission orders*
- Delivery within 5 working days from dispatch.
-Every order will be shipped using Parcel Force or Royal Mail.
-All orders will be insured up to product value.
-The shipping will be tracked and signed for.
-We are not to be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping company. These issues are out of our control.
Shipping outside the UK
-Please contact us by emailing katiehughesart@gmail.com to enquire about worldwide shipping.
-You will be required to pay the extra shipping costs.
-Shipping quote can be provided prior to purchase.

Please note: I, Kaitlyn Hughes, owner of Katie Hughes Art, is not liable for local customs and sales tax. Your local customs authority may notify you once your order has reached your country. Customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any Customs delay or charges that occur are beyond my control.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
- No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted due to the nature of the products.
-In the unlikely event that your product has been lost or damaged during shipping, please get in contact by emailing katiehughesart@gmail.com . Please also file a claim with the shipping company used to ship your item and notify me of said claim once it has been made. I will endeavour to provide any documentation or information required for a claim that has been raised. Any refund will be issued only as a result of an approved claim by the shipping company.
